Somatic Healing and Traditional Bodywork

Gentle, traditional bodywork and conscious breathwork to restore alignment, release tension, and nurture your body and spirit in the Denver area.
Aquí estoy—ready to hold space for your healing.

Our bodies carry everything: our stories, our stressors, our grief, and our generational wisdom. When life feels overwhelming, or when we are navigating deep pivots, talking isn't always enough. Sometimes, we have to let the body speak.

Rooted in ancestral Mexican wisdom and modern somatic regulation, these sacred practices offer a space to slow down, reconnect, and gently move what is ready to be felt or released. Cada cuerpo es diferente, which is why we will always move al ritmo exacto that your nervous system requires. You are invited to arrive exactly as you are—this is a space where you are seen, heard, and held.

Ways We Heal Together

Every session is personalized to meet your emotional, physical, and energetic needs. Depending on your goals, your care may include:

Somatic Breathwork

Shifting breathing patterns to gently bypass the thinking mind, processing and releasing trapped stress, anxiety, and stored emotional trauma.

Traditional Rebozo Manteada

Gentle wrapping and rocking techniques that relax muscles, improve circulation, and take the pressure off your joints.

Cerrada de Huesos
(Closing Ceremony)

A sacred ritual that realigns the hips, pelvis, and spine, offering energy healing and space for emotional release during life transitions.

Herbal Baths & Pelvic Steams (Baños y Bajos)

Plant-infused, deeply warming ancestral medicines utilized during ceremonial work to soften the body, encourage pelvic healing, and nourish your spirit.

How I Hold Space

A blend of modern somatic regulation and ancestral Mexican medicine, designed to ground your nervous system and support your body’s natural wisdom.

Private Somatic Breathwork
(1:1 or Couples)

Perfect For:

Those experiencing burnout, high anxiety, heavy life transitions, or anyone seeking emotional regulation, stress reduction, and a deeper relationship with their inner world.

In these sessions, you will rest comfortably (an eye covering is encouraged) while guided through intentional breathing patterns set to a curated 45-minute playlist. You are welcome to be expressive or quiet, emotional or still—all responses are welcome here.

The Structure:

An opening check-in to see how you are arriving, a guided breathwork journey, an invitation into optional guided vocal release around the 30-minute mark, followed by 5–7 minutes of stillness and meditation to settle the nervous system, and closing integration.

Booking Details:

Available in-studio or virtually. No experience required. Sessions last 75-90 minutes. Studio locations in Denver, Lakewood, and Littleton

Traditional Rebozo
Manteada

Perfect For:

Anyone seeking relief from physical aches, chronic stress, or nervous system exhaustion, as well as pregnant and postpartum bodies.

The Experience:

Restore, release, and nurture your body with this gentle, traditional Mexican bodywork. Using the Rebozo (a traditional woven shawl) as an extension of my hands, I cradle, rock, and sift your body. This deeply soothes the nervous system, improves circulation, and provides a comforting sense of womb-like safety.

The Structure:

Rooted in ancestral Mexican wisdom, this restorative 60-minute session uses the sacred woven shawl to gently cradle, sift, and rock your body. This practice allows you to completely let go of your own physical weight and feel what it is like to be safely carried by someone else. It melts away muscular tension, takes pressure off your joints, and coaxes your nervous system into deep relaxation. For deeper physical relief, this session includes the option to integrate traditional Fire Cupping (Ventosas) to release tight muscles and improve circulation.

Booking Details:

Details: No consultation needed. Studio locations in Denver, Lakewood, and Littleton

Investment:

$100

3

Cerrada de Huesos
(Closing Ceremony)

Perfect For:

Postpartum mothers ending their fourth trimester, or individuals navigating major structural life pivots like grief, a career change, or a spiritual shift.

The Experience:

A sacred ritual that symbolizes the closing of an old chapter and the physical and energetic sealing of your spirit back into your center. Using the Rebozo, your body is gently bound from head to toe in specific segments. This ceremony physically realigns the hips, pelvis, and spine while creating a safe container for profound emotional release.

The Structure:

A deeply intentional 2-to-3-hour ritual designed to honor major life pivots or postpartum recovery by physically and energetically sealing an old chapter. This sacred experience allows you to fully surrender your weight, weaving together heart-centered storytelling, the optional addition of traditional Fire Cupping (Ventosas), and deeply warming plant medicines like Herbal Baths (Baños) or Pelvic Steams (Bajos) to soften and open the body. The ritual culminates in a full-body structural binding where you are mindfully wrapped from head to toe to gather your spirit back into your center. Because this is a deeply personalized transition ritual, an introductory consultation is required so we can align the space with your unique goals.

Booking Details:

In-home session only.

Because this is a deeply intentional ritual, a consultation is required before scheduling so we can set a clear intention and honor the ritual's purpose.

Investment:

$222 - $333
