Somatic Healing and Traditional Bodywork

Our bodies carry everything: our stories, our stressors, our grief, and our generational wisdom. When life feels overwhelming, or when we are navigating deep pivots, talking isn't always enough. Sometimes, we have to let the body speak.

Rooted in ancestral Mexican wisdom and modern somatic regulation, these sacred practices offer a space to slow down, reconnect, and gently move what is ready to be felt or released. Cada cuerpo es diferente, which is why we will always move al ritmo exacto that your nervous system requires. You are invited to arrive exactly as you are—this is a space where you are seen, heard, and held.

Ways We Heal Together

Every session is personalized to meet your emotional, physical, and energetic needs. Depending on your goals, your care may include:

Somatic Breathwork

Shifting breathing patterns to gently bypass the thinking mind, processing and releasing trapped stress, anxiety, and stored emotional trauma.

Traditional Rebozo Manteada

Gentle wrapping and rocking techniques that relax muscles, improve circulation, and take the pressure off your joints.

Cerrada de Huesos
(Closing Ceremony)

A sacred ritual that realigns the hips, pelvis, and spine, offering energy healing and space for emotional release during life transitions.

Herbal Baths & Pelvic Steams (Baños y Bajos)

Plant-infused, deeply warming ancestral medicines utilized during ceremonial work to soften the body, encourage pelvic healing, and nourish your spirit.

How I Hold Space

A blend of modern somatic regulation and ancestral Mexican medicine, designed to ground your nervous system and support your body’s natural wisdom.

Close-Up Dandelions

1

Private Somatic Breathwork
(1:1 or Couples)

Designed for anyone experiencing burnout, high anxiety, heavy life transitions, or seeking deeper emotional regulation, this guided breathwork experience uses intentional breathing patterns set to a curated 45-minute playlist to help you reconnect with your body, process emotions, and settle your nervous system. Each session features an opening check-in, a fully supported breathwork journey with optional vocal release, a closing period of stillness and meditation, and integration, offering a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals or couples to rest, heal, and restore balance.

2

Traditional Rebozo
Manteada

Ideal for pregnant, postpartum, or anyone seeking relief from physical aches, chronic stress, and nervous system exhaustion, this 60-minute session uses gentle, traditional Mexican Rebozo bodywork to cradle, sift, and rock your body with a sacred woven shawl—allowing you to release physical weight, melt away joint and muscle tension, and drop into deep nervous system relaxation. Rooted in ancestral Mexican wisdom and providing a comforting sense of womb-like safety, this restorative experience also offers optional traditional Fire Cupping (Ventosas) to further enhance circulation and release tight muscles.

3

Cerrada de Huesos
(Closing Ceremony)

Designed for postpartum mothers ending their fourth trimester or individuals navigating major life transitions like grief or career shifts, this 2-to-3-hour Closing of the Bones ceremony provides a sacred ritual to physically and energetically seal your body back into its center. Following a required consultation, the experience weaves heart-centered storytelling, optional Fire Cupping, and warming plant remedies like Herbal Baths or Pelvic Steams, before using the Rebozo to gently bind your body from head to toe—realigning your hips, pelvis, and spine while creating a safe container for deep emotional release.

Every body is unique, and cada cuerpo es diferente. We will always move al ritmo exacto that your nervous system requires.
