La Comunidad:
Rooted in Ancestral Care for Everyone
Healing belongs to all of us. No matter your background, your history, or your path, you are welcome here.
Wellness and somatic healing are not luxuries—they are human rights. In many ancestral traditions, healing was a community practice, deeply rooted in the collective well-being of the village. I believe in carrying that tradition forward.
La Comunidad is my commitment to providing 10 hours of pro bono postpartum doula care specifically for BIPOC, low-income, and underserved families in our Denver community. These hours are designed to offer the physical support, nervous system regulation, and ancestral nourishment every birthing person deserves.
How it Works
Every postpartum experience is unique. My hands-on care is fluidly tailored to your family and may include:
The Support

Availability

Review Process
Requests are reviewed on a rolling basis. I will reach out to schedule a brief conversation to ensure I can provide the specific type of care the family is seeking.
Step into Support
Once a family is selected for the quarter, we will coordinate a schedule to provide the 10 hours of in-home care.

✨ A Note from My Heart ✨
Healing is not a solo journey; it is a cycle that connects us all. By making these services available to la comunidad, I am honoring the very ancestors who taught me these arts. Every body is unique, and cada cuerpo es único. We will always move al ritmo exacto that your nervous system requires.
Tu sanación es importante. Bienvenidx.
