About the event
I am excited to once again be partnering up with Rooted Sisterhood Retreat in their 3rd annual women's retreat.
Throughout the first day of the Retreat participants will be welcomed into the beautiful indoor/outdoor space to immerse in Colorado's nature. We'll be gently guided through breathwork, forest bathing, reflection and learning through a hands-on herbal workshop.
As we move in to the evening we'll enjoy a nourishing meal & turn up the levity by preparing our community campsite and having some fun with activities and snacks. We'll be tent camping with use of bathrooms and running water, offering a bit of a glamping experience ;)
Upon the second day of the Retreat we will awaken feeling rested and embrace morning refreshments. We'll move into sunrise yoga and seal our rooted sisterhood connection with a closing ceremony. Delicious breakfast and community time will be provided before closing down camp and saying goodbyes.
The retreat includes all of the activities above ~ breathwork, herbal workshop, forest bathing, sound healing, yoga, and ceremonies, plus:
Delicious Saturday dinner, Sunday breakfast, and refreshments throughout the retreat.
Supplies for the experiences.
⭐Optional 1:1 body healing sessions will be offered at an additional cost.
You are encouraged to bring your own tent, camp chair and yoga mat.
We're happy to support anyone who needs to borrow supplies to ensure the event is accessible as possible.
