July 25th: Pelvic Floor & Breathwork - A gentle, postpartum-informed workshop supporting pelvic floor health, nervous system regulation, and reconnection after birth through intentional breath and somatic practice. Led by Ally Oswego DPT, OCS (Pelvic Floor PT) & Mitzi Kincade (Breathwork Facilitator)
