Breathwork - What To Expect

Judgement Free Space

Breathwork requires a certain level of vulnerability, so creating a safe and caring environment is very important.

Safety

Safety is the #1 priority. All individuals will be asked about any serious medical conditions that would put them at higher risk of experiencing challenges. The facilitator will guide and closely monitor individuals for signs of excessive distress.

Emotions and Sensations

Breathwork allows you to tap into a part of your self-conscious that can result in an emotional release or "letting go" of stress and trapped emotions. This release is different for every person and no experience is the same.

Personalized Playlist

Every individual session offers of a personalize playlist. Clients will be asked if they would like to incorporate 2-3 songs that hold meaning.

Reiki & Comforting Touch
- Optional

Breathwork can bring up many emotions that can be hard to release. With prior consent, individuals have the option to receive a gentle touch or Reiki energy movement.

Integration

Integration after every session is important in order to process feelings, thoughts, and emotions that came up during the session.
