Breathwork Sessions Rooted in Presence, Release & Inner Connection
Breathwork offers a sacred space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and gently move what’s ready to be felt or released. These 1:1 or couples sessions are guided with care, intuition, and respect for your unique emotional and energetic landscape. Each session is shaped by where you are in the moment — supporting regulation, clarity, and deeper self-awareness.

Whether you’re seeking emotional release, grounding, or a deeper relationship with your inner world, you’re invited to arrive exactly as you are. This is a space where you are seen, heard, and held.

Each breathwork experience is personalized and may include:​

Emotional Support & Nervous System Care
A compassionate, grounded presence with space to feel, express, and regulate emotions safely.​​

Guided Conscious Breathing
Intentional breath patterns that support energy movement, emotional processing, and embodied awareness.​​​

Optional Cathartic Vocal Release (Scream Therapy)
A guided and intentional practice using the voice to release stored tension or emotion. This may include screaming into a pillow and is always optional, invitational, and led with care.​​​

Reiki & Energetic Support
Offered intuitively to encourage grounding, balance, and a deeper sense of presence during the session.​​​​

Integration & Reflection
Time to journal, rest, and gently process what surfaced, followed by a brief check-in to support integration and next steps.​​

Each session unfolds at a natural, supportive pace:

Opening check-in & intention setting to explore how you’re arriving

Guided breathwork journey while resting comfortably, with an eye covering encouraged to support inward focus

A curated 45-minute playlist to guide the experience

Around the 30-minute mark, an invitation into optional vocal release

The final 5–7 minutes are dedicated to meditation, stillness, and nervous system settling

Closing integration, reflection, and gentle conversation
You are welcome to be expressive or quiet, emotional or still — all responses are welcome here.

Sessions are offered 1:1 or for couples, in-studio or virtually.

Length: ~75 minutes (First sessions may last up to 90 minutes to allow time for connection and orientation.)
