Private Breathwork Offerings

1-on-1 Soulfulnesss Breathwork
These 1-on-1 individual or couples sessions offer a supportive space to explore conscious breathing as a way to connect with the body, move energy, and process emotion. Each session is intuitively guided and shaped by your current emotional, mental, and energetic state.
As part of this experience, you’ll also have the option to integrate scream therapy — a guided and intentional release practice that uses vocal expression to move stuck energy and emotions. This form of cathartic release can be incredibly liberating, helping to clear tension, unprocessed emotions, and internalized stress.
Throughout the session, Reiki may be offered intuitively, supporting the movement of energy, grounding, and deeper presence. You’re encouraged to be as expressive or still as your body needs — all emotions and responses are welcome.
Session Overview:
-
Intro: We’ll begin with a check-in to explore how you’re feeling and to set a clear intention for the session.
-
Playlist: You’ll then settle into a comfortable laying position and be guided into a steady breath pattern. An eye covering is encouraged to support a deeper inward experience, allowing the body to guide you into whatever emotions or sensations may naturally arise. A curated 45-minute playlist will accompany your breathwork. Around the 30-minute mark, you’ll be invited into an optional scream into a pillow — a guided release to support emotional expression and energetic clearing. Following active breathing, the final 5-7 minutes of the playlist are dedicated to meditation and stillness.
-
Integration: The client will have time to journal, reflect, and slowly return to the space. We'll end with a brief integration check-in to process anything that surfaced and discuss supportive steps moving forward.
This is your space to be seen, heard, and held.
