Not here for the small talk :)

Well, let's cut to the chase because I am not a fan of small talk :)

My name is Mitzi and I am a mom of two boys. By day I am a project manager and all other times we'll I just keep busy. If you haven't ready my "About Me", I encourage you to do so to give you a bit of glimpse of who I am and why I started all this.

About Me

What's the goal of this blog? Honestly, almost anything. I aim to be as real as possible, because the hard human experiences are something that shouldn't be hidden or considered taboo. I aim to help break the stigma behind mental health, mom guilts, and the things that make us human. I am not a therapist or a medical professional, but I do believe that I have experienced enough that any bit of shared knowledge can possibly help someone else. I have learned and found comfort in other's stories and experiences, so I just want to do the same.

So, what to expect? Anywhere from happy, exciting things in my world and business, to some real-life uncomfortable topics.

• Mental and physical health - because that's how this small business journey started.

• My never-ending hobbies (I love gardening and crafting) that help me cope and resulted into some of the products I make.

• And basically, almost anything because I can be super random ;)
