2023 was hard, right! Feminine energy continues to endure societal and familial expectations, generational traumas, and so much more that can sometimes make us feel less than we are.

If you identify as pronouns she/her and they/them, I invite you to join us in this event, as like-minded energies to remind ourselves how worthy we are of love, compassion, understanding, empathy, and so much more. Let's surrouned each other with love and grace while we reflect on this year to pass and set intentions for the new year. With the power of our breath, let's feel and release the emotions and stresses that hold us back.

Don't miss this opportunity to start the new year with clarity, purpose, and a renewed sense of self.

**Important: Holotropic breathwork is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you choose to attend, you will asked to only participate in a mediative state without the breathwork technique.**

What you will need & How to prepare:

  • Yoga mat/blanket
  • Blanket (optional)
  • Pillow
  • Water Bottle
  • Journal (optional)
  • Blindfold/Eye covering (HIGHLY Recommended)

Important:

  • Avoid eating 30 minutes prior
  • No alcohol in past 24 hours
  • Event is 18+ years only
  • Holotropic breathwork is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you choose to attend, you will asked to only participate in a mediative state without the breathwork technique.
  • Waiver will be provided and required for participation

Event will be facilitated by Mitzi Kincade who is the owner of Soulfulness Breath. She is a trained Breathwork facilitator, and Reiki Level 1 Practitioner who works with a trauma-informed approach.
